So sudden a PR6? o.O

This is one of weirdest happenings that ever touched my websites.
I woke up this morning and checked my emails, and after that, I had a look at my most recently started Characters’ domain. When I opened Bolt‘s website, bubbles.cz.cc, I noticed my Google tool bar returning a PR6 green lenght! 
That was shocking! I have done nothing so great to that site to deserve a PR6, and even though the explanation may lay behind someone’s ‘trick’… I would still wonder… why should anyone that the disturb to do some PR trick for MY Character’s site?!
I registered Bubbles on Nic.cz.cc this July, and it was meant to be nothing more than a Character’s blog, which I never used massively so far. I doubt it ever had a previous owner, since this is a free domain name. All of that is really weird.
What’s your opinion over this sudden ‘miracle’?

This is peculiar. But then again, I had a downnnnnn on my PR. I had a PR of 3 for Heartdrops.org, and guess what… yes, it has 0. Freakin’ zero! It just suddenly dropped, and I stopped getting sponsored offers for it. :|
Congratulations on that huge, huge PR though! It really is a miracle… and no, I cannot explain. O_o To me, PRs don’t make sense anymore… I think they’re rigged. XD
