Gold to save money value?

I can’t believe I haven’t posted a new entry since January 31st. Okay, a lot of things were top priority during this time, especially studying, for two university exams that I didn’t do anymore at last (long story). I’m going to tell you more tomorrow, since it’s past midnight here, and I’m very sleepy.
Other things. I have recently read that it’s possible to save our monetary properties in a stable form through gold bullion. That’s good to know, since during this time of recession and ups and downs of the economy it’s very hard to track our money and save their value. Buying/selling bullion seems to be the most talked method of saving monetary value, but I’m not really sure how that works, nor if I should invest gold or just buy bullion. I will read more about the whole “buy gold bullion” thing tomorrow. I’m falling asleep now.
